Why human work is so hard to recognise
AI creates texts, images and designs in seconds, and the results keep getting better. Typical mistakes are gradually disappearing, and AI detectors regularly get it wrong too. Whether a piece of ad copy, a logo or a nutrition plan was made by a human is often impossible to tell with the naked eye.
Why it makes a difference for you
At first glance, it might not seem to matter who did the work, as long as the result is right. But for you as a client, there is more to it. First, there are your rights. Under German copyright law, a work is only protected if it is a personal intellectual creation. Anything created entirely by AI is therefore generally not protected. If you buy a logo made by AI, you may not be able to secure it exclusively for yourself.
Then there is uniqueness. AI can deliver very similar results to other people too. A human who takes the time to understand your business creates something that fits you and belongs only to you. And finally, there is responsibility. When someone sells you a nutrition plan, a training programme or advice, you want to know that real expertise and genuine engagement with your situation stand behind it.

With your logo and branding, because they will stay with you for years. With the copy on your website, because it speaks for you. With personal plans for nutrition, training or health, because they need to be tailored to you. With illustrations and children's books, because that is where personality makes the difference. And with any kind of advice where you are paying for experience.
